The Future Is Human is a recruitment piece created in partnership with Protomet, an industry leader in engineering and design. Our goal with this piece was to move beyond the expected. Instead of focusing solely on machines and capabilities, we set out to capture the heartbeat of Protomet: the people, the culture, and the everyday moments that define what it means to work there. Through thoughtful interviews, immersive visuals, and an honest portrayal of the workplace, this film highlights a company where every voice matters and every role contributes to something bigger.
